Website purpose

TownRanker provides information about local search review, website repair, service and city content planning, conversion review, and related digital work. The public site may also document current, historical, archived, or demonstration projects.

No automatic service agreement

Using this website or sending a future inquiry does not create a client relationship. Any paid work requires a separate written proposal or agreement that identifies the parties, scope, schedule, price, responsibilities, and other terms.

No guaranteed rankings or business outcomes

Search engines, competitors, customer demand, websites, and third party platforms change. TownRanker does not guarantee a ranking position, traffic level, lead count, revenue amount, response time, or business outcome unless a signed agreement states a specific measurable commitment.

Project records and status labels

Portfolio images show website or infrastructure work. They are not proof of business licensing, insurance, ratings, rankings, leads, revenue, or current availability. Relationship and operating labels control when they differ from older screenshots or external pages.

Kachina Contracting is a historical project. The business operated from 2021 to 2026 and is closed. It is not presented as a current contractor or current client.

External websites

Links may lead to websites operated by other parties. TownRanker does not control their current content, availability, security, privacy practices, or business operations. Review the destination before relying on it or sharing information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, submit harmful code, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, or use the site in violation of law.

Ownership

The TownRanker name, site design, written material, and original visual assets are protected by applicable law. Client and third party materials remain subject to their respective rights.

Disclaimer and liability

The public website is provided for general information and evaluation. To the extent allowed by law, TownRanker is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on public material, external sites, or unavailable services.

These terms may be updated when services, intake, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
